At Hike Footwear we want to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day and can offer you the highest level of responsiveness.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The time period for deliveries consists of two periods:

1) Processing time (1-3 working days):

order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, packaging

2) Delivery time (depending on the country approx. 7-10 working days):

The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery location . Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it will take

7-10 working days* to be delivered to the destination in: - UK.

*All shipping times exclude delays due to customs and duties.

There may be delays during peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday or Valentine's Day.|

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer the following shipping rates:

1.) Free DHL/Hermes standard shipping (with tracking)

2.) Insured DHL/Hermes premium shipping for £4.

Please note that in the event of a lost package, we can only offer you a replacement/refund if you have chosen insured shipping.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as packaging and processing of your order begins immediately upon receipt of the order.
